Who we are

Sanad is a non-profit organization founded in 2012 with an objective of enhancing the sustainable quality of life within the Arab society.

he organization promotes social entrepreneurship to foster social initiatives and harness human, social, and material resources to bring about positive change.

As the first and only organizational infrastructure association within the Arab society in Israel, we are committed to strengthening the community and promoting the values of leadership, self-responsibility, and communal support.

The organization empowers individuals, groups, and social institutions that play an active and influential role in the Arab society, by developing their organizational capacities and equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to drive meaningful change and create a lasting social impact.

At Sanad,

we actively cultivate agents of change within the Arab society, with a particular emphasis on developing human and social capital. Our efforts include identifying exceptional young individuals and helping them become future society leaders, who will in turn cultivate leaders in future generations.

Over the years, Sanad has achieved significant milestones. We provided professional training to around 120 local and social organizations, supported approximately 22 social entrepreneurs, and successfully implemented around 52 projects. Additionally, we have guided and established 16 mission-driven communities and 46 leadership groups, all while developing leadership and administrative capacities among more than 1200 young adults. Moreover, we have undertaken rigorous academic research to evaluate the overall well-being of the Arab society.

Collaboration is at the core of our approach. Sanad actively cooperates with 15 local authorities and 15 national and international organizations. We serve as a framework and umbrella organization for around 700 dedicated volunteers, facilitating their efforts to contribute positively to the Arab society. Furthermore, we have distributed approximately 300,000 NIS in student scholarships and granted financial aid to 12 social initiatives.

Our Programs:

Additionally, we work to develop young leaders through leadership and social entrepreneurship programs, working simultaneously to provide immediate services to organizations while cultivating future leaders.

2. The Incubator Program:

Sanad offers organizational infrastructure and support to various organizations, local initiatives, and social-oriented volunteer groups to promote their goals, empower them, and enhance their social impact.

3. The Accelerator Program:

The Accelerator Program, led by Sanad, serves as a catalyst for fostering the growth of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem within the Arab society from a comprehensive and collective perspective. Additionally, we actively support the establishment of new social organizations and initiatives within the Arab society.
